テック系の化学繊維を駆使した
made in U.S.A.にこだわる企業になります。

今回のベストは
AKWA社のボディにGM（ジェネラルモータース）社の
Powertrain Livoniaと呼ばれる
駆動エンジン関連の部署の
ユニフォームとして作られたものだと思います。

胸に入るGM社のロゴやグラフィックデザインが気に入り
今回のピックに至りました。

ボディの生地はしっとりと柔らかいポリエステルレーヨンです。

細かな格子調の織り模様が連なった布帛生地。

リブの配色も凝ったもので
ブラックとチャコールを掛け合わせた
トリミングラインが魅力となります。

衿ぐり、アームホール、裾のリブにはキックバック伸縮があるので
形状が安定するほどのしっかりとしたリブになり
その分身頃側の生地にいせこみ（小さなギャザー）が生じて
立体的な生地感やフォルムが生まれています。

写真ではわかり難いですが
見た目以上に生地は薄めです。

これから気温が高まる時期でも
カットソーの上にレイヤードを楽しめるほどの軽さが十分にございます。

AKWA is an apparel manufacturer based in Southern California, USA.

The company makes full use of tech-based synthetic fibers and is committed to made in U.S.A.

I think this vest was made as a uniform for the drive engine related department called Powertrain Livonia of GM (General Motors) on AKWA's body.

I liked the GM logo and graphic design that goes on the chest, which led me to this pick.

The body fabric is a moist and soft polyester rayon.

It is a woven fabric with a series of fine plaid weave patterns.

The color scheme of the ribbing is also elaborate, and the trimming line is an attractive cross between black and charcoal.

The ribs at the collar, armholes, and hem have kickback elasticity, making the ribs firm enough to stabilize the shape, which in turn causes the fabric on the body side to gather (small gathers), creating a three-dimensional fabric feel and form.

It is hard to tell from the photo, but the fabric is thinner than it looks.

It can be enjoyed layered over cut-and-sew garments even when the temperature rises from now on. It is light enough to enjoy layering on top of a cut-and-sew.
