NEW YORK YANKEES（ニューヨークヤンキース）公式の、スーベニアウェアとなるスウェットです。

メーカーは、Mejastic社で2000年年代前半に製造されたものだと思われます。

ボディは肩幅68cm、身幅64cmというアメリカ流通のスウェットらしいワイドシルエットです。

日本人が着用すると肩位置が大きく外側に落ちてしまいますが、ファッションとして割り切って考えることができるほどです。

着丈は78cm。
これもUSAらしいサイズバランスですが、プリント位置が高めになっており、日本人が着用しても好バランスだと思います。

胸のプリントは、グレーとホワイトをコンビネーションした、ラバー顔料です。

ヤンキースのNYマークだけではなく、縦ボックス内に小さくNEW YORKを模っていたり、MLBを右下に小さく模っていたりと、細かなグラフィックが秀逸だと思います。

生地は、組成表記が無くなっており、正確にはわかりませんが、素材はおそらくコットンポリエステルの裏毛裏起毛になります。

使い込んでいくと、色のフェードがありますが濃紺からのスタートなので、いい具合の使用感が滲むヴィンテージになると思います。
