BREAKWATER（ブレークウォーター）のコットンニットになります。

BREAKWATERは米国で流通するカジュアルブランドです。

情報が少ないですが、日本では直接の流通はなく、古着がわずかに散見される程度です。

今回は香港製のニットの出品です。

イギリス配下で技術を高めたと言われる香港製のニットですが、その背景を実感する作りの良いニッティングを見てとることができます。

ゲージの異なる縦筋を持つ天竺編みのボディは、あえて裏目使いされています。

それにより一般的なニットの目面とは違った違和感があります。

袖口はリブ編み、衿はリブ編みダブル付＋ステッチが中央に走った珍しい仕様になります。

袖付けは減らしめを、身頃と袖側両方に施して、やや低めの角度で付けられています。

色は浅めの緑色。コットン100％の素材とあいまって柔らかく上品な印象のニットになっていると思います。

This gives it an uncomfortable feel that is different from the eye surface of ordinary knitwear.

The sleeves are attached at a slightly lower angle with a reduction applied to both the body and the sleeve side.
